  • Thank you for registering for Hacienda’s ABC’s of Homebuying class. This class is designed for anyone considering or in the process of buying a home as a primary residence, who has no or few barriers to mortgage readiness.

    The class has a non-refundable fee of $75. We will contact you with a payment link after you complete the form. Upon completing the class, you will receive a certificate of completion in compliance with HUD guidelines. 
    If you have a co-applicant (co-buyer), please include your co-applicant information when completing the form. There’s no additional cost to include your co-applicant and you don’t need to pay the fee twice.
