Hacienda’s Portland Mercado is excited to begin accepting applications for six food truck vendor spots for Summer 2026!
We are looking for unique, delicious food concepts and businesses that proudly celebrate Latino culture and flavors. If you’re passionate about sharing your cuisine with the community, we encourage you to apply.
